Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or re-licensing of the API constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of access.

The API is built on Google Cloud Vertex AI and Azure OpenAI infrastructure and leverages Gemini, GPT, and Claude models for advanced natural language processing and multi-modal capabilities.

2. Authorized Use

The chat-keeper API is available to:

  • Enterprise Customers: Licensed businesses integrating chat-keeper into their internal systems
  • Internal Use Only: API access is for embedding AI capabilities within your organization's own platforms
  • Specific Industries: Wedding planning, photography, event coordination, and creative services
  • Partner Organizations: Certified partners with executed integration agreements

All API usage is subject to approval and contractual agreement with chat-keeper.

  • Anthropic Usage Policy: No violation of Anthropic's model usage guidelines

7. No Reselling Policy — Detailed

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Redistributing chat-keeper API access to external parties
  • Creating wrapper services that provide access to chat-keeper's AI capabilities

  • Building products or services that compete with chat-keeper using our API
  • Using the API to serve end users who are not part of your organization
  • Providing "AI-as-a-service" offerings using chat-keeper's infrastructure

7.2 Internal Use Only

API access is granted solely for integrating chat-keeper capabilities into your organization's internal systems and workflows. You may not resell or redistribute chat-keeper API access to your own end users or third parties. Specifically prohibited activities include:

  • Offer AI services to your clients using the API
  • Create public-facing products or applications using the API
  • Share API credentials with third-party developers or agencies

7.3 Violation Consequences

Violation of this No Reselling Policy will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of API access
  • Termination of service agreement
  • Legal action for damages if applicable
  • Reporting to relevant AI providers (including Anthropic) for compliance tracking
